Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Civil Trainer to provide training in civil engineering concepts and software tools. The candidate will be responsible for teaching students or professionals practical skills related to construction, design, and drafting to enhance their career opportunities in the civil engineering field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training sessions on civil engineering subjects such as AutoCAD, quantity surveying, estimation, and construction basics.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assignments.
- Provide hands-on practical training and real-time project exposure.
- Assess student performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Support students with career guidance and interview preparation.
- Stay updated with the latest industry standards and software tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, basic structural concepts, and construction methods.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to learners.
- Teaching or training experience is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of software like STAADPro, Revit, or ETABS.
- Practical site experience.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
Salary: ₹16,000 to ₹23,000
