Operations Manager cum Business Development (Freelance Opportunity)
HireIn Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Operations Manager cum Business Development Professional to manage our staffing operations and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions.
- Generate new business and acquire clients.
- Manage client relationships and recruitment operations.
- Coordinate with recruiters and ensure timely closures.
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to onboarding.
- Develop recruitment strategies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the recruitment/staffing industry.
- Strong business development and client acquisition skills.
- Experience managing recruitment teams and operations.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
