Job Responsibilities
- Operate and set up plastic injection moulding machines.
- Monitor production and ensure quality of plastic buckets and household products.
- Perform mould changing, machine parameter setting, and process optimization.
- Troubleshoot moulding defects such as flash, short shot, sink marks, and warpage.
- Maintain production targets and minimize rejection.
- Follow safety, quality, and 5S standards on the shop floor.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in injection moulding, preferably in bucket or household plastic product manufacturing.
- Knowledge of mould setting, machine operation, and process troubleshooting.
- ITI / Diploma / Mechanical or Plastic Technology qualification preferred.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Pay: ₹8,730.45 - ₹45,000.00 per month
