Key Responsibilities
- Supervision: Monitor floor operations, manage on-duty staff, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
- Safety & Discipline: Maintain cleanliness, enforce safety protocols, and ensure orderly behavior or crowd control on the floor.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for resolving minor conflicts, emergencies, or operational bottlenecks.
- Resource Management: Ensure floor infrastructure (lights, ACs, furniture, or equipment) is functional and report maintenance issues.
- Reporting: Update higher management daily regarding attendance, incidents, or resource requirements.
