Requirement: Senior Housekeeping Supervisor
We require an experienced Senior Housekeeping professional with 3–4 years of relevant experience who can effectively lead the housekeeping team. The candidate should be capable of:
- Leading and managing the housekeeping staff efficiently.
- Maintaining discipline and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinating with team members and other departments without creating conflicts.
- Resolving issues professionally and maintaining a positive work environment.
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and team performance.
- Delegating tasks, monitoring productivity, and motivating the team to achieve operational goals.
