The Creatives Bench is a boutique creative recruitment agency based in Hyderabad. We are currently hiring on behalf of a Hyderabad-based branding and social media agency looking for a talented Junior Social Media Manager to join their team. All applications and initial hiring stages will be managed directly by The Creatives Bench.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
1. Shoot, direct and edit content including reels, flatlays, stories and campaign assets that feel considered, not templated
2. Own the monthly content calendar from planning to execution, without needing to be followed up
3. Grow and manage the Instagram presence with a clear sense of what the brand is working toward
4. Run and optimise paid campaigns on Meta Ads and understand what the numbers are telling you
5. Put together clean, readable performance reports that actually communicate something
6. Stay genuinely current on trends and know the difference between a moment and a direction
7. Spot partnership opportunities and build relationships that are a real fit for the brand
8. Work closely with the creative team and coordinate with clients professionally and warmly
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
1. 1 to 3 years managing social for a brand or agency, ideally in fashion, luxury or lifestyle (you’ve handled real accounts, real clients and real deadlines)
2. A genuine instinct for what looks good in a feed. You think about composition, colour and pacing, not just captions and posting times
3. Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (you’ve set up, run and tweaked campaigns and understand why something worked or didn’t)
4. Familiarity with Canva and a working relationship with design teams. You know how to brief creatives and when to let them lead
5. Enough analytics fluency to read performance data, pull out what matters and decide what to do differently next month
6. Clear, professional communication with clients, your team, in reports or on calls
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
