Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through phone calls and provide assistance regarding products and services.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable fashion designs and solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Requirements
- Candidates who have completed their graduation are eligible to apply
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic knowledge of fashion design or a strong interest in the fashion industry.
- Customer-friendly attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and customer tracking.
