Job Overview
We are looking for a result-driven and high-energy Telesales Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, pitching our services/products, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Sales Conversion: Understand customer needs, explain product/service features effectively, handle objections, and close sales.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- CRM & Documentation: Accurately log call details, follow-ups, and customer information in the CRM/Excel sheet.
- Customer Relationship: Maintain a polite and professional demeanor to build trust and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) required; Graduation preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, BPO, or customer service (Freshers with excellent communication are welcome).
- Languages: Fluent in Hindi and conversational English.
- Core Skills: Strong convincing power, active listening, negotiation skills, and resilience to handling rejection.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
