PRO (Public Relations Officer) / Greeter
Job Summary:
The PRO (Greeter) is responsible for welcoming customers into the showroom, creating a positive first impression, assisting with customer flow management, and ensuring a premium hospitality experience. The role requires excellent communication skills, presentable personality, and customer-centric behavior.
Key Responsibilities:Customer Greeting & Assistance
- Welcome every customer warmly upon arrival.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them to the respective sales executive or department.
- Maintain professional and courteous interaction with walk-in customers.
- Offer refreshments to customers as per showroom standards.
- Ensure VIP guests are attended properly.
Customer Experience Management
- Maintain positive customer engagement throughout the visit.
- Manage waiting customers politely and coordinate with floor staff.
- Assist in handling customer queries and basic information about ongoing schemes/offers.
- Ensure smooth customer movement inside the showroom.
Floor Coordination
- Coordinate with sales staff for customer allocation.
- Inform management about important visitors or high-value customers.
- Support showroom events, festive activities, and customer engagement programs.
Grooming & Presentation
- Maintain excellent personal grooming and hygiene standards.
- Ensure reception/waiting area remains clean and presentable.
- Follow showroom etiquette and hospitality standards at all times.
Communication & Relationship Building
- Build strong rapport with regular customers.
- Handle customer concerns politely and escalate when required.
- Maintain positive brand image of Kantilal Jewellers.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi & basic English preferred)
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance
- Strong interpersonal and hospitality skills
- Customer handling and coordination ability
- Positive attitude and polite behavior
Qualification:
- Minimum HSC / Graduate preferred
- Experience in hospitality, retail, front office, airline, hotel, or jewellery industry preferred
Experience:
- 0 to 3 years preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can apply
Pay: ₹10,150.80 - ₹15,000.00 per month
