Responsibilities
Production Monitoring
- Operate and supervise plating lines
- Ensure production targets are achieved
- Monitor cycle times and loading/unloading
Process Control
- Check:
- Current
- Voltage
- Temperature
- Chemical levels
- Plating time
- Follow process sheets and SOPs
Quality Coordination
- Coordinate with Quality and Chemistry departments
- Identify defects early
- Reduce rejection and rework
Machine & Line Handling
- Monitor:
- Rectifiers
- Pumps
- Filters
- Heaters
- Agitation systems
- Barrel/rack plating systems
Workforce Supervision
- Guide operators and helpers
- Ensure safety and PPE compliance
- Maintain discipline and shift coordination
QUALIFICATION:
12th/ITI/Diplamo
knowing languages:
HINDI,ENGILISH
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
