Experience Required:
- 10 to 15 Years Experience
- Minimum 5 Years in Aerospace / Oil & Gas / Precision Machining Industry
- Strong experience in New Product Development and Machine Shop Operations
Qualification:
- BE / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
- Additional certification in Project Management or Manufacturing preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complete New Product Development (NPD) activities
- Handle new customer component development from RFQ to production
- Study customer drawings, specifications, and technical requirements
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Tool Room, Purchase, and Customers
- Develop manufacturing process plans for CNC & VMC machining components
- Prepare process flow, cycle time estimation, and tooling requirements
- Support quotation and costing activities
- Ensure APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, and documentation compliance
- Monitor trial runs, pilot production, and process validation
- Improve productivity, quality, and manufacturing efficiency
- Ensure on-time project completion and customer satisfaction
- Lead NPD team and customer technical discussions
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of CNC / VMC machining processes
- Aerospace & Oil and Gas component manufacturing knowledge
- Drawing interpretation & GD&T knowledge
- Process Planning & Tooling Knowledge
- APQP / PPAP / FMEA / Control Plan
- Project Management Skills
- Costing & Feasibility Analysis
- ERP / MS Excel / Reporting
- Team Handling & Leadership Skills
Preferred Candidate:
- Experience in precision machining industries
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to manage multiple development projects
Pay: ₹45,998.72 - ₹60,000.00 per month
