We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to expand our electric vehicle (EV) business across the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for dealer development, retail sales, customer acquisition, market expansion, and achieving monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, local market knowledge, and a passion for the growing EV industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Generate retail and institutional sales leads.
- Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits to increase brand visibility.
- Promote KamRup EV products to dealers and end customers.
Dealer Network Development
- Appoint new dealers/distributors in potential markets.
- Strengthen relationships with existing dealers.
- Support dealers in increasing retail sales.
- Monitor dealer stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
Market Intelligence
- Collect competitor information regarding pricing, schemes, and new product launches.
- Monitor customer preferences and market trends.
- Submit regular market intelligence reports.
Customer Relationship Management
- Conduct product demonstrations and test ride activities.
- Resolve customer queries and coordinate after-sales support.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Promotion
- Organize roadshows, exhibitions, dealer meets, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate local marketing activities to improve brand awareness.
Reporting
- Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR).
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain records of dealer visits, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
Pay: Up to ₹26,000.00 per month
