About the Company
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telecaller cum sales to promote and sell Glen Kitchen Appliances. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer enquiries, generating leads, scheduling showroom visits, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.
First Cart Private Limited is the main office managing Glen Kitchen Appliances showrooms. We specialize in premium kitchen appliances and are looking for a motivated Telecaller cum Sales Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Generate leads and schedule customer visits to the showroom.
Explain Glen Kitchen Appliances such as chimneys, hobs, cooktops, built-in ovens, and other kitchen solutions.
Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Maintain customer records and update lead status in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the showroom sales team for customer appointments and order processing.
Achieve monthly calling and sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in Malayalam; basic English is preferred.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Excel).
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to achieve sales targets.
