Job Title: Sales Executive (Inside Sales/Telecalling)Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive (Telecaller) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our products/services, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Proactively reach out to potential leads and introduce our products/services.
- Lead Management: Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and build a solid sales pipeline.
- Product Presentation: Clearly communicate the benefits and features of our products to prospective clients.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- CRM/Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details in our CRM software or Excel.
- Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to nurture them through the sales cycle until closure.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Persuasion: Strong ability to convince and influence potential customers.
- Resilience: A positive attitude with the patience to handle rejection effectively.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (familiarity with MS Office/Excel is a plus).
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telesales or customer support is preferred (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
