Job Title:Bodyshop Manager Car showroom
Location: Chennai- Ambattur, Bharani & Nandambakkam.
Experience:Minimum 2-3yrs relevant as Bodyshop Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the body shop, ensuring smooth workflow and timely vehicle delivery.
- Manage and supervise body shop technicians, painters, and support staff.
- Allocate repair jobs and monitor work progress to meet quality and delivery standards.
- Ensure all body repair and painting work complies with manufacturer and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with insurance surveyors, service advisors, and customers regarding repair approvals and job status.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, and workshop performance to achieve business targets.
- Maintain inventory of body shop tools, equipment, paints, and spare parts.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards.
- Handle customer complaints related to body repairs and ensure prompt resolution.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
- Train and mentor team members to improve technical skills and productivity.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Bodyshop Manager.
- Experience in managing workshop operations.
- Good understanding of quality standards, workshop safety, and productivity management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and workshop management software is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
