Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting (preferably in distribution/trading firms)
- Good knowledge of accounting fundamentals and bookkeeping
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Excel
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation
- Experience in billing and handling day-to-day transactions
- Knowledge of inventory and stock reconciliation is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, receipts, payments)
- Prepare invoices and handle billing for customers and dealers
- Maintain accounts receivable and payable, including follow-ups
- Perform bank reconciliation and verify ledger balances
- Assist in GST filing and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with warehouse for stock and inventory records
- Prepare basic MIS reports and financial summaries
- Support audits and maintain proper documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
- B.Com or relevant degree in accounting/finance
