Key Responsibilities:
- Run and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns
- Generate and improve lead quality
- Work on creatives, targeting, and funnel optimization
- Coordinate with sales team for feedback loop
- Track performance and scale winning campaigns
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads
- Data-driven mindset (CPL, ROAS, conversion tracking)
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
Bonus If You Have:
- Experience in real estate / high-ticket lead generation
- Creative thinking for ad angles
