- Create branding materials for project launches, events, and promotional campaigns.
- Develop infographics, site plans, and visual representations of project highlights.
- Prepare print-ready files for marketing collateral.
Content Creation
- Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop captions, reels scripts, carousel content, and blog posts.
- Produce and edit short videos, reels, and motion graphics.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to generate content around project updates and customer testimonials.
Photography & Videography
- Capture and edit property photos and videos.
- Create walkthrough videos, drone footage coordination, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Ensure high-quality visuals for all marketing campaigns.
