We are a growing interior design company specializing in residential and commercial interior solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to help expand our client base and generate new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and online platforms.
Identify and connect with homeowners, architects, builders, real estate developers, corporate clients, and other potential customers.
Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the design team.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication until project closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and industry events to generate business opportunities.
Coordinate with the design and sales teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Maintain an updated database of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation.
Experience in the Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Construction, or Home Décor industry is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive.
