Role: L2 Desktop Support
Location: Chennai, Egmore.
Experience: Minimum 1 - 4 Years
Key Requirements:
- Proficient in installing Windows 7 and 10 operating systems.
- Hands-on experience with, Lotus Notes/Outlook Client, antivirus, and patch management client installations and configurations.
- Basic networking knowledge including router and switch configurations.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer site IT support as an IT Executive.
- Familiarity with OS Installation and Windows Configuration.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and other web browsers.
- Experience in Active Directory/domain environments.
- Basic knowledge of mobile device management (MDM) and email configuration.
- Understanding of helpdesk tools and ability to manage and resolve tickets.
- Level 1 experience in installing Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
