1. Technical understanding of current trends environmental and occupational health & safety, Sustainability Reporting, Incident Management, Occupational Health and employee wellbeing, etc.
2. Hands-on work experience in identifying environmental and H&S concerns, recommending and driving mitigation actions in line with Pt. 1 above
3. Systems approach to HSE management, preferably as per ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 and EnMS as per ISO 50001:2018. Must have reasonable exposure to devising / implementing these processes.
4. Should understand and leverage multi-stakeholder involvement in deployment of HSE processes and initiatives. Team player
5. Exposure to latest environmental technologies like waste management, energy conservation and management, resource management etc.
6. Understanding of legal requirements (national / international) and ability to drive compliance
Certified internal auditor for ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001
- Worked in a similar organization in terms of nature of business and scale of operation
- Handled environmental / OHS improvement programs, external reporting, etc.
- Hands on experience on Carbon accounting and environmental sustainability.
- Understanding of Environmental Sustainability reporting obligations and experience on Integrated Reporting, GRI, DJSI, CDP, Ecovadis, etc. would be preferred.
- Exposure to latest environmental sustainability concepts like climate change mitigation and adaptation, SBTi, TCFD, waste management, energy conservation and management, resource management etc.
