Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Zoho CRM & Business Systems Coordinator to oversee, optimize, and maintain our Zoho ecosystem, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, and other Zoho applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for CRM administration, workflow automation, report generation, quality assurance, data integrity, discrepancy monitoring, and sales process compliance.
This role requires a professional who can bridge technology and operations by ensuring that business processes are accurately reflected within the CRM system, providing actionable insights through reports and dashboards, and supporting management with process improvements and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:CRM Administration & System Management
- Manage and maintain Zoho CRM, Zoho Recruit, and other Zoho applications used by the organization.
- Configure and customize modules, workflows, layouts, fields, forms, dashboards, and automation rules.
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth day-to-day CRM operations.
- Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and coordinate with technical teams or vendors when required.
- Manage user access, permissions, roles, and security settings.
Process Optimization & Automation
- Develop and implement CRM workflows, automation rules, alerts, and approval processes.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements through CRM enhancements.
- Ensure business processes are accurately mapped and maintained within Zoho applications.
- Assist in integrating CRM with other internal and external business systems.
Data Quality & Discrepancy Monitoring
- Conduct regular audits of CRM data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify discrepancies, duplicate records, missing information, and process deviations.
- Monitor sales, recruitment, and operational data for compliance with company standards.
- Prepare discrepancy reports and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain high standards of data integrity across all Zoho platforms.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs for sales, recruitment, marketing, and operational teams.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, bottlenecks, opportunities, and performance gaps.
- Provide actionable insights to improve productivity, conversion rates, and operational efficiency.
- Support management with customized reporting requirements.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Monitor adherence to CRM usage policies and sales process standards.
- Conduct periodic quality checks on lead management, client records, follow-up activities, and reporting accuracy.
- Ensure sales and operational teams maintain proper documentation and CRM updates.
- Identify process non-compliance and recommend corrective measures.
- Support internal audits and management reviews through accurate reporting.
Training & Support
- Provide training and guidance to employees on Zoho CRM and related applications.
- Develop user guides, SOPs, and best practices for system utilization.
- Assist teams in maximizing CRM adoption and efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related support and process queries.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience managing Zoho CRM and related Zoho applications.
- Strong knowledge of Zoho CRM customization, workflow automation, reporting, and dashboards.
- Experience with Zoho Recruit, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Forms, Zoho Campaigns, and other Zoho Suite applications will be highly preferred.
- Excellent understanding of CRM processes, sales pipelines, lead management, and reporting structures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Ability to identify process gaps and implement system-based solutions.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in migration consulting, education consulting, recruitment, or service industries will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Zoho CRM Certification or equivalent CRM platform certifications.
- Experience with CRM implementation, migration, or system enhancement projects.
- Knowledge of API integrations and business process automation tools is desirable.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
