Supervisor
A Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing support staff, and ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to school standards.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of employees.
- Assign tasks and monitor work progress to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure employees follow company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Train, mentor, and support team members to improve performance.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, and employee discipline.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Resolve workplace issues, conflicts, and operational challenges.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure work meets organizational requirements.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports to management.
- Manage work schedules, shifts, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory, equipment, and materials, and report shortages or maintenance needs.
- Ensure customer or client concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist management in achieving departmental and organizational goals.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and positive work environment.

Educational Qualifications

Experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a supervisory or team leadership role.
