About the Role
The Workday Integration Consultant will be our key team player for our Workday Engagements. You will be involved in all phases of Implementation, AMS Support and Delivery across UST customers.
We need a self-starter with an entrepreneurial flair and a willingness to wear multiple hats! Together with practice leadership you will help build the UST Global Workday practice.
The Opportunity and Responsibilities:
- Support our local and global UST Workday integrations practice covering deployment, augmentation and AMS services.
- Seeking a Workday Integration Certified Consultant to implement Workday Demographic PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) and Time integrations between Workday and ADP GlobalView.
- Ensuring seamless integration and data flow between Workday and GlobalView systems.
- Support to Lead by working as a team along with clients, around requirements gathering/design, testing and post-production support after deployment
- Experience in all stages of the Workday project lifecycle, from planning and design phases through testing and deployment for Workday Integration
- Actively owns and leads small to large deliverables
- Manages self and team member(s) work to project scope, timeline, risk and budget.
- Coordinates with others when applicable.
- Listens to client requests, assesses actual client needs, provides subjective matters expertise, proposes alternatives and recommends solution(s).
- Frequently discusses, and can articulate to clients, lessons learned from previous client experience.
- Manages client expectations.
- Proactively identify trouble spots for clients and recommend solutions.
- This significantly contributes to the development of internal resources via mentoring, coaching and directing work.
- Participates in building the UST Brand by participating in Workday ecosystem product groups/chats and contributes advanced thinking and sharing of ideas within the ecosystem.
- Uses strong presentation, communication, listening and consultative skills to guide and drive discussions.
What you must have:
- You have or were Workday certified in one or more modules
- Bachelor s Degree or 4-year, master s degree Preferred (Not Mandatory)
