Location – Key Responsibilities
- Design plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, sewage, and storm water systems.
- Prepare firefighting system designs, including hydrant, sprinkler, hose reel, and fire pump layouts.
- Develop detailed design drawings using AutoCAD and coordinate.
- Perform hydraulic calculations for plumbing and fire fighting systems.
- Prepare BOQs, technical specifications, and material schedules.
- Ensure designs comply with NBC, IS Codes, NFPA, and local authority regulations.
- Coordinate with HVAC, Electrical, Structural, and Architectural teams to avoid design clashes.
- Review shop drawings and provide technical support during project execution.
- Participate in client meetings and resolve design-related technical queries.
- Assist in value engineering and optimize system designs for cost-effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 1- 5 Years of experience in Plumbing & Fire Fighting Design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of NBC, IS Codes, NFPA standards, and plumbing/fire fighting design principles.
- Experience in hydraulic calculations and BOQ preparation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
