Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with 3–5 years of agency experience who can lead creative projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate is a branding expert who understands design psychology, marketing, and performance creatives while leveraging AI tools to enhance speed and creativity.
Key Responsibilities
* Design high-performing creatives for social media, Meta & Google Ads, websites, and marketing campaigns.
* Create brand identities, logos, packaging, presentations, and marketing collateral.
* Lead branding projects and maintain visual consistency across all client touchpoints.
* Collaborate with strategists, marketers, and copywriters to develop impactful campaigns.
* Mentor junior designers and maintain high creative standards.
* Deliver high-quality creatives within deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
Required Skills
* 3–5 years of experience in a creative/marketing agency (preferred).
* Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, and Figma.
* Strong experience in branding, visual identity, and packaging design.
* Excellent understanding of performance marketing creatives.
* Experience in AI-powered graphic design and AI video editing using tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Kling, Canva AI, Veo, or similar platforms.
* Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a strong advantage.
* Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
