Client Relationship Manager – Real Estate
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, managing leads, coordinating property visits, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and meetings
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers
- Coordinate property site visits and client meetings
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software
- Assist clients with property documentation and transaction processes
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets
- Provide clients with updates on new projects, pricing, and market trends
- Ensure excellent after-sales service and customer retention
Required Skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
