We're Plan A, a digital marketing agency in Pune that actually cares about the work looking good, not just going out the door. We're looking for someone who can take a rough idea and turn it into something people stop scrolling for.

The role, honestly:
You'll be editing and animating content for real client campaigns, social content, ad creative, brand videos, not just internal decks nobody watches. You'll work closely with our design and strategy folks, not in a silo. Six months is enough time to actually build a real portfolio here, not just shadow one.
What you'll actually be doing
- Turning briefs into motion graphics, animations, and edited videos that don't look like everyone else's
- Working in After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator daily — plus we want you experimenting with CapCut, AI video/image tools, and whatever's new
- Building storyboards, sourcing and using stock footage well (not just dropping it in lazily)
- Taking feedback from clients and the team and actually improving the cut, not getting precious about it
- Optimizing content per platform — a Reel isn't a YouTube video isn't a pitch deck
- Staying plugged into what's trending in edits, transitions, and formats before they're everywhere
What we're looking for
- Some hands-on editing/motion design experience — coursework, personal projects, freelance, doesn't matter, as long as your portfolio shows it
- Real comfort in After Effects + Premiere Pro + Illustrator (or close enough that you'll pick it up fast)
- An eye for pacing, timing, and what actually makes people stop scrolling
- You can take a deadline seriously without losing the creative spark
- You want feedback, not compliments — we're going to push you to get better
- Available for the full 6 months — we're investing time in training you, so we want people who'll see it through
