- Lead and participate in Teamcenter PLM implementation and customization projects
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Teamcenter configurations and technical solutions
- Configure Teamcenter modules workflows and lifecycles as per business needs
- Develop and customize ITK RAC AWC and BMIDE solutions
- Proficiency in C C Java JavaScript XML and SOA for Teamcenter development
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including engineering manufacturing and IT to ensure seamless PLM solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve Teamcenter application issues in a timely manner
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members

- Experience leading technical teams or workstreams
- Prior involvement in large and complex PLM transformation programs
