Job Title: Project Coordinator
Job Description:
Looking for a Project Coordinator with a B.Tech in Civil Engineering and at least 4-5 years of experience in project management. This role involves managing project documentation, coordination, and reporting, working closely with the Project Manager (PM), site teams, and clients to ensure the project meets its time, cost, quality, and safety goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Documentation Management:
- Manage all project documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Establish effective communication protocols for stakeholders.
- Implement and update the Development Strategy Report (DSR).
- Follow up on statutory documents and track project budgets.
Project Coordination:
- Coordinate time, quality, cost, and safety to keep the project on track.
- Supervise procurement of materials and ensure on-time delivery.
Strategy Involvement:
- Create and update the Development Strategy Report (DSR) with the PM.
- Regularly update the Risk Register and work on risk mitigation strategies.
Analysis and Reporting:
- Prepare weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly progress and budget reports.
- Collect updates from engineers to update the project schedule (MS-Project).
- Participate in review meetings to evaluate project progress.
Review and Planning:
- Review project progress and perform variance analysis.
- Expedite activities and manage document control.
- Oversee procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project management.
- Proficiency in MS Project or similar tools.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and risk management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
