*Job Overview:*
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate for our Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Design & Engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting design, engineering, and execution of substation and transmission line projects.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Assist in design and engineering of EHV/HV substations and transmission lines
Prepare layout drawings, SLDs (Single Line Diagrams), and schematics
Support in equipment sizing and selection (transformers, switchgear, cables, etc.)
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution and design validation
Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety norms, and client specifications
Review and interpret technical documents, BOQs, and drawings
Assist in site coordination and troubleshooting during project execution
Maintain proper documentation and records
*Key Skills Required:*
Knowledge of T&D systems, substations, and transmission lines
Hands-on experience in AutoCAD / design tools
Understanding of electrical design principles and standards (IS/IEC)
Basic knowledge of protection systems and layouts
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
*Qualification:*
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
*Preferred Candidate:*
Experience in T&D / Substation Design & Engineering
Exposure to EPC projects is an advantage
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
