Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Aligning the human resources department's goals with the company's broader corporate milestones.
Talent Management: Overseeing corporate talent acquisition, workforce planning,and succession mapping.
Employee Relations: Resolving high-level disputes and championing strategies to boost company culture and employee engagement.
Policy Design: Shaping and implementing scalable company policies, safety protocols, and codes of conduct.
Compliance & Legal: Mitigating organizational risk by ensuring strict adherence to complex local and international labor laws.
Compensation & Benefits: Evaluating budget allocations, and designing competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.
HR Metrics & Analytics: Tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like retention rates and cost-per-hire to drive business choices.
Department Leadership: Managing and mentoring a team of HR generalists, payroll specialists, and recruitment professionals
Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree: Required in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Master’s Degree: Highly preferred (e.g., an MBA in HR Management )
Work Experience
Total Experience: Typically 8 to 10+ years of progressive, hands-on human resources experience.
Leadership Experience: Minimum 4+ years directly heading an HR team or steering an organizational division.
Environment: Proven experience managing people operations in high-growth environments or structured corporate settings.
Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
