Job Responsibilities :

.

Supervision of HVAC works of the contractors at project sites in terms of scope , progress and quality.

Planning of daily and weekly works with the contractor.

Co ordination with various stakeholders for ensuring proper sequence of works at site.

Resolution of site issues to ensure progress and quality of works.

Inspection of incmoing materials with respect to approved technical data sheets. Maintaining the records of the same. Flagging of any non conformance and ensuring the corrective and preventive actions are taken.

Ensuring mainatining of best safety standards for HVAC works. Responsible for NIL incidents at site.

Manitaining the records of progress, quality and safety with resepct to plan on daily/weekly basis.

Certification of measurements of works done by the contractors.

Ensuring tetsing and commissioning of the system, witnessing the performance of the system. Flagging off the performance issues if any and resolution of the same.

Ensguring the desnagging of points raised by QA QC and Operations team with documentation and records.

Ensuring the handing over to users with proper documentation of manuals , performance reports, AS BUILT drawings and training to operations team.

Education Requirement :

B. E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Requirement :

B. E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 3-8 years of experience
Experience is handling real estate green field projects.

Skills & Competencies :

Technical Knowledge of HVAC system Installation and Commissioning
Ability to co oridnate with others
Interpersonal and team management skills.
Communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in team and drive continuous improvement for the team
