We are seeking a highly organized Personal secretary to support our Director.Must understand the role and independent to travel and available whensoever assit required. Must understand management,This role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential communication, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the executive. Must be ok to travel and open to work late hours when required
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and organize travel arrangements.
- Handle and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence for senior leadership.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other key documents as required.
- Serve as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams.
- Organize business events, review meeting agendas, and follow up on action items.
- Accurately recording meeting minutes/notes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Additional certifications in administration or executive management are a plus.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to multitask to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
