Could you be the full-time Product Owner / Product Manager – Core DevOps in Bangalore we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your DevOps expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a critical role in defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our centralized DevOps team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving impactful results. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., developers, architects, and quality assurance teams), act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of managing the product backlog and leading agile development processes, but also integrating AI capabilities into the DevOps platform.
We’ll look to you for:
Developing and communicating a clear product vision and strategy for the centralized DevOps team
Aligning product strategy with business objectives and stakeholder needs
Prioritizing and maintaining the product roadmap
Translating business requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications
Leading agile development processes, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Collaborating with QA teams to ensure product quality through testing and validation
Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product success and identify areas for improvement
Incorporating DevOps and DevSecOps capabilities into the DEVX platform
Preparing comprehensive product documentation, including user manuals and training materials
Promoting continuous improvement and applying best practices in Agile and DevOps methodologies

Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in product management for DevOps/Developer Experience tools
Proven experience as a Product Owner in large-scale agile or DevOps projects
Strong understanding of DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform)
Experience in managing complex software products and integrating DevOps/DevSecOps capabilities
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
Certification in Product Ownership (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) preferred
Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and decision-making skills
Analytical thinking and a data-driven decision-making approach
Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus) experience
