Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to lead sales operations, drive business growth, and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to build and manage customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support business objectives.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Experience in team handling and sales planning.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
