Job Description: Domain Expert – Power Grid, Power Systems & Renewable energy
Role Overview
Responsible for providing domain expertise in power grid, power systems & Renewable energy to support product development, validation, and operational activities. Work closely with Product, R&D, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure systems comply with grid requirements and function reliably in real world scenarios.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide domain expertise on power systems, grid operations, and electrical networks
- Support product and engineering teams with functional requirements and system behavior
- Support Product manager in designing and realizing new products as per regional Gridcode
- Validate system performance against grid code and compliance requirements
- Analyze power system data and identify operational or control issues
- Contribute to design and validation of SCADA, EMS, and PPC functionalities
- Assist in troubleshooting system issues related to grid behavior and control
- Collaborate with cross functional teams for successful system deployment
- Build and share Product and domain knowledge across teams as a subject matter expert (SME)
- Product Demonstration to End Customers
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of power systems and grid operations
