Job Title: Therapist Cum Clinic Manager
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Therapist Cum Clinic Manager who can perform aesthetic treatments while also managing daily clinic operations efficiently. The candidate should ensure high-quality patient care, smooth workflow, and excellent customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesTherapist Duties
- Perform aesthetic treatments such as:
- Facials, peels, medi-facials
- Laser treatments (if trained)
- PRP assistance
- Skin & hair therapies
- Maintain hygiene and sterilization protocols
- Prepare treatment rooms before and after procedures
- Assist doctors during procedures
- Guide patients on pre & post-treatment care
Clinic Management Duties
- Manage daily clinic operations and staff coordination
- Handle patient appointments and scheduling
- Ensure smooth patient flow and minimal waiting time
- Maintain inventory of products and consumables
- Manage billing, cash handling, and basic reporting
- Handle patient queries, complaints, and follow-ups
- Ensure clinic cleanliness and discipline
Patient Handling & Sales
- Consult and guide patients about treatments and packages
- Upsell clinic services and memberships
- Maintain patient records and follow-up calls
- Ensure high patient satisfaction and retention
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of skin & hair treatments
- Basic computer knowledge (billing, Excel, etc.)
- Leadership and team management skills
- Sales and counseling ability
Qualification
- Diploma / Certification in Cosmetology or Aesthetic Therapy
- Experience in aesthetic clinic (preferred 2+ years)

Working Hours
- Full-time (as per clinic timings)
Location
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
