Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced MEP Engineer specializing in Plumbing and Fire
Fighting systems for our ongoing and upcoming construction projects. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for overseeing the technical installation, operation, and maintenance of
Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, ensuring that all systems
are installed and functioning efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory codes.
Key technical responsibilities include:
System Installation: Supervise the installation of HVAC, electrical, firefighting, and
plumbing systems according to technical drawings, specifications, and regulatory
codes.
Coordination & Integration: Ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with other
building systems (e.g., fire alarms, automation) and resolve conflicts between trades.
Quality Control: Perform detailed inspections and testing of systems (e.g., pressure
testing, electrical continuity, system balancing) to ensure compliance with standards
and proper functioning.
System Commissioning: Oversee the commissioning of HVAC, electrical, firefighting,
and plumbing systems, ensuring they are operational, energy-efficient, and meet
performance criteria.
Troubleshooting & Repairs: Diagnose technical issues during installation or
operation (e.g., system malfunctions, leaks, electrical faults) and implement
corrective actions.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce adherence to safety standards (e.g., lockout/tagout
procedures, electrical safety) and ensure systems comply with codes like NFPA,
OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of system designs,
modifications, inspections, test results, and regulatory approvals for audit and
compliance purposes.
Resource Management: Manage materials, tools, and equipment required for MEP
works, ensuring availability and proper handling to minimize downtime and waste.
As an MEP Supervisor (Plumbing and Fire), you will ensure that all MEP systems related
to Plumbing and Fire Fighting are designed, installed, and commissioned according to
technical specifications, ensuring system efficiency, compliance, and operational safety.

Job Descriptions and KRA.
To handle all site execution of electrical (DC and AC) works related for Civil Engineer.
Work according to documents & drawings of allocated Project.
Work according to works/project schedule and scope of work.
Review of shop drawings and materials submittals of Nominated contractor for compliance
with project requirements and forwarding to consultants.
Coordination of structural, architectural and MEP services (Electrical Work Part) Meeting the
Consultants for clarification on submittals.
Site visits for supervision and monitoring the progress of Electrical Work and Nominated
contractor Attending Work Progress Review Meetings with the Consultants/Clients and
related correspondence
Review & ensuring of MEP (Electrical Work Part) clearances for civil & related works
Attending ordering, testing and handing over meeting.
Review of As-Built Drawings of MEP services and forwarding to consultants.
Follow all the Safety norms and policy at the time of office and site visits.
Site Coordination as and when requires. Coordination with Management for Daily weekly,
monthly reports and Reviews.
Preparation of estimates-based industry standards, past experience, schematic drawings, GFC,
shop drawings etc.
Certification of bills submitted by contractor.
Quantity verification as per dwg.
Quantity verification as per actual execution.
Material quantity reconciliation as per bill.
All other related work will be allotted to you by the management time to time.
