We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in company systems and databases. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, basic computer knowledge, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately into computer systems and databases.
- Verify and review data for errors or missing information.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records.
- Generate reports and perform basic data analysis when required.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks.
- Coordinate with team members and other departments for data-related work.
- Scan, sort, and file documents as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate in any field.
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and computer operations.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Prior experience in data entry is preferred but not mandatory.
