Role Description The Supervisor_ED Coating & Powder Coating is a full-time, on-site role based in Kanganwal. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations in ED coating and powder coating areas, including planning workloads, monitoring production processes, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The supervisor will coordinate with production teams, maintain process parameters, manage materials and equipment, and ensure timely completion of work orders. Daily tasks include supervising staff, conducting inspections, resolving process issues, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and preparing reports related to quality, efficiency, and resource utilization.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, workload planning, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills, with experience in inspection, process checks, and compliance with specifications.
- Candidates should possess Laboratory Skills and basic to intermediate knowledge of Chemistry relevant to coating and surface treatment processes.
- Candidates should possess awareness of safety standards, ability to interpret technical documents, and familiarity with coating or metal finishing operations.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in chemistry, materials, mechanical, or industrial engineering is preferred, along with prior experience in ED or powder coating supervision.
- Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and capability to work collaboratively on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing environment are beneficial.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,739.05 per month
