Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the overall operations, sales performance, and profitability of our consumer durables, appliances, and electronics showroom. The candidate should have strong leadership skills, retail management experience, and the ability to drive sales while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team for better performance.
- Monitor inventory, stock availability, and showroom merchandising.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve business performance.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in consumer durables, appliances, or electronics retail, including branch/store management experience.
- Strong leadership, sales, and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and retail management systems.
