Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Media Sales Manager to drive advertisement revenue for our News Channel. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new advertisers, developing relationships with advertising agencies and corporate clients, generating sponsorship opportunities, and achieving monthly revenue targets. The role requires strong networking, negotiation, and business development skills. Media sales professionals from TV, Radio, Print, Digital Media, OTT, or Advertising Agencies are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate advertising revenue for the News Channel.
* Identify and acquire new advertisers, brands, and media agencies.
* Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients and advertising agencies.
* Pitch advertising solutions, sponsorships, and branded content opportunities.
* Prepare media plans, proposals, presentations, and rate negotiations.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
* Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution and client servicing.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and advertising opportunities.
* Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to payment collection.
* Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and client databases.
Required Skills
* Strong B2B Sales and Business Development skills.
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
* Experience in Advertisement Sales, Media Sales, Corporate Sales, or Agency Sales.
* Strong network with brands, advertisers, and media agencies.
* Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
* Ability to work independently and generate revenue.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
