Position: Team Lead – D2C Website Sales (Life Insurance)
Location: Kolkata Head Office (Sec 5)
Department: Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Website Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team handling website-generated life insurance leads
- Drive sales, login, and issuance targets with strong conversion focus
- Monitor daily KPIs: productivity, quality, contact rate, AHT, and compliance
- Coach, mentor, and conduct regular performance and call quality reviews
Required Experience & Qualifications
- 5–6 years total experience; 1–2 years leading D2C/website life insurance sales
- Proven track record of managing tele sales OR digital sales teams and achieving targets.
- Strong knowledge of all categories of life insurance products.
- Fluent in Hindi, Bengali, and English (mandatory).
