We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Visa Filing & Immigration Case Manager who can independently manage complex immigration applications, ensure compliance, and maintain high approval standards.
Position Overview
This is not a data entry role.
We are seeking an immigration professional who understands immigration law, visa regulations, documentation requirements, and case management. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling complete applications from eligibility assessment to final visa outcome while coordinating with counselors, clients, institutions, and immigration authorities.

- Graduate Visa Applications

- Parent and Family Migration Applications
- Visitor and Business Visitor Visas

Case Management
- Manage complete immigration files independently.
- Coordinate with counselors, legal teams, institutions, and clients.
- Maintain file progress reports.
- Handle immigration department correspondence.
- Monitor application deadlines and milestones.
- Resolve documentation deficiencies promptly.
Client Consultation Support
- Explain visa requirements and documentation clearly.
- Guide clients regarding immigration pathways.
- Assist in identifying suitable visa options.
- Provide regular updates throughout the application process.
- Build long-term client trust through professional service.
Operational Responsibilities
- Update daily Report.
- Maintain application trackers.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Record visa approvals, refusals, and pending applications.
- Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Required Skills & Experience Mandatory
- Minimum 2–5 years of immigration filing experience

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate / Postgraduate
- Background in Law, Immigration, International Education, or Foreign Admissions
- Experience in an Immigration Law Firm preferred
- Knowledge of Licensed Immigration Adviser (LIA) processes will be an advantage
