- As a Learning and Development professional, your job is to equip staff as well as our clients with the knowledge, practical skills and motivation to carry out their work activities effectively
- You’ll take a strategic approach to training, assessing the skills and knowledge within the organization and determining what training is needed to grow and retain these skills.
- You’ll either deliver the training yourself, or develop content for self-learning that can be deployed using LMS systems.
- You represent your team as well as the organization. It is imperative for all Learning & Development members to be Brand Ambassadors for their team as well as the organization, and create/ promote a sound perspective for both which are aligned with the Vision and the Mission of the organization while being focused on customer centricity.
