We provide end-to-end back-office solutions including Dispatch Services, Load Planning, Driver Recruitment, Freight Factoring Support, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Compliance Support, and Business Analytics.
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Truck Dispatch Executive who understands the US trucking industry and is passionate about helping carriers maximize revenue and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Search and identify profitable freight opportunities using multiple load boards and broker portals.
Negotiate competitive freight rates with freight brokers and customers.
Book loads based on customer requirements and operational constraints.
Plan efficient routes to minimize deadhead miles and maximize truck utilization.
Coordinate with drivers regarding pickup, delivery, route updates, and appointment schedules.
Monitor active shipments and provide timely updates to customers and brokers.
Resolve operational issues including delays, detention, layovers, breakdowns, and appointment changes.
Maintain accurate load records and dispatch documentation.
Build and maintain professional relationships with freight brokers and carrier customers.
Coordinate with internal teams supporting freight factoring, bookkeeping, and compliance.
Ensure exceptional customer service and timely communication throughout the shipment lifecycle.
Achieve monthly performance and revenue targets while maintaining high service quality.
Daily Responsibilities
Review truck availability and driver status.
Search and shortlist suitable loads across multiple platforms.
Contact brokers and negotiate freight rates.
Book approved loads and complete required documentation.
Dispatch loads to drivers with complete pickup and delivery instructions.
Track shipments and proactively communicate status updates.
Handle driver support and operational issues throughout the day.
Collect Proof of Delivery (POD) and ensure documentation is complete.
Update internal systems with load and dispatch information.
Prepare daily dispatch and operational reports.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in US Truck Dispatch, Freight Brokerage Support, or Logistics Operations.
Strong understanding of the US trucking industry and dispatch processes.
Experience using load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, Uber Freight, or broker portals.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
Willingness to work permanent US shift from the Bengaluru office.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience handling Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, or Box Truck operations.
Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
Knowledge of Hours of Service (HOS), ELD systems, and freight documentation.
Experience coordinating with freight brokers and owner-operators.
