Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical Senior Accountant who will play a
key role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving accurate
reporting. This role requires strong expertise in month-end closures, financial analysis, and
budgeting, along with the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
● Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately in compliance with
accounting standards and regulatory requirements
● Lead and support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
● Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
● Assist in the annual audit process, including preparation of financial statements and
supporting schedules
● Monitor and analyze expense variances, providing actionable insights to
management
● Manage and improve billing processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support budgeting and forecasting
activities
● Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls
Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (or equivalent
experience)
● 3+ years of professional accounting experience
● Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
● CPA / CA (preferred but not mandatory)

● Strong expertise in Budgeting & Forecasting
● Experience in Auditing and Financial Reporting
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
● High attention to detail and accuracy
● Strong organizational and time management skills
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
● Proficiency in accounting tools and Excel
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
