Job Summary
The Liaisoning Executive will be responsible for coordinating with government departments, local authorities, consultants, and external agencies to obtain approvals, permits, licenses, and statutory clearances required for the company's real estate and industrial projects. The role requires strong communication, documentation, and follow-up skills to ensure timely regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with government departments, development authorities, municipal bodies, and regulatory agencies.
- Obtain approvals, NOCs, licenses, registrations, and statutory permissions for company projects.
- Prepare, verify, and submit documents required for various government processes.
- Follow up regularly on pending approvals and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain professional relationships with government officials, consultants, advocates, and external stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations and company policies. - Maintain records of approvals, licenses, correspondence, and legal documentation.
- Coordinate with legal, engineering, sales, and project teams for documentation and compliance requirements.
- Monitor renewal dates of licenses and approvals and ensure timely renewals.
- Prepare status reports and update management on the progress of liaisoning activities.
- Visit government offices and project sites as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Law, Business Administration, or Public Administration preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in liaisoning, compliance, or real estate documentation.
- Experience working with government authorities and regulatory bodies is preferred.
