Fit Mechanism is actively looking for certified and experienced swimming
instructors (both male and female) in Hyderabad to join our high-performance
aquatics team on an exciting PERCENTAGE / COMMISSION-BASED MODULE. The more
students you coach, the more you earn — with NO income ceiling!
This is NOT a fixed-salary position. This is a performance-driven,
entrepreneurial opportunity designed for ambitious swimming professionals
who want to build their career, reputation, and income simultaneously.

ABOUT THE PERCENTAGE MODULE — HOW IT WORKS:
- You receive 40%–60% of revenue generated from every student you teach
- Student acquisition support provided (leads, marketing, referrals)
- You set your schedule and manage your student roster
- Monthly performance bonuses for student retention & skill progression

WHAT YOU'LL DO — KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct one-on-one and group swimming lessons for all age groups
(toddlers, children, teenagers, adults, seniors)
- Teach swimming techniques including freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke,
butterfly stroke, and survival swimming
- Assess student skill levels and design progressive learning programs
- Conduct beginner/intermediate/advanced swimming classes
- Teach water safety, diving techniques, and competitive swimming skills
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback
- Ensure safety protocols and pool discipline at all times
- Conduct swimming sessions at residential complexes, private pools,
swimming clubs, and academies across Hyderabad
- Motivate, encourage, and build confidence in nervous/beginner swimmers
- Prepare students for competitive swimming events (optional)
- Maintain attendance, progress tracking, and student communication
- Adapt teaching methods for students with special needs (preferred)
- Stay updated with latest swimming coaching techniques and certifications
- Collaborate with Fit Mechanism team for student acquisition strategies

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR — THE FIT MECHANISM (MUST-HAVE):
We use a strict FIT MECHANISM to ensure we onboard only the BEST
swimming instructors who deliver real results:
CERTIFICATION (Non-Negotiable):
Must hold a nationally/internationally recognized swimming
instructor/lifeguard certification from any of the following:
- Swimming Federation of India (SFI) Certification
- American Red Cross Swimming Instructor Certification
- AUSTSWIM Certified Swimming Instructor
- Swimming Teachers' Association (STA) UK
- National Lifeguard Certification
- Indian Lifesaving Society Certification
- Water Safety Instructor (WSI) Certification
- FINA (International Swimming Federation) Recognized Coaching Certification
- B.P.Ed / M.P.Ed with swimming specialization
- National Institute of Sports (NIS) Swimming Coach Certification
- State/District level competitive swimming background
- OR equivalent reputed aquatics certification body
EXPERIENCE (Required):
- Minimum 1–5 years of hands-on swimming instruction experience
- Proven track record of teaching students from beginner to advanced levels
- Experience with diverse age groups (kids, adults, seniors)
- Portfolio of student achievements/certifications (preferred)
- Competitive swimming background (preferred)
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
- Expert knowledge of all four competitive strokes and water safety
- Proficiency in teaching fearful/non-swimmers and building confidence
- Strong understanding of swimming biomechanics and technique correction
- Excellent communication and motivational skills (English + Telugu/Hindi)
- Patient, encouraging, and child-friendly approach
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and strong work ethic
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to market yourself and build a student base
- Tech-savvy — comfortable with scheduling apps and student communication
- First Aid & CPR certification (mandatory)
- Lifeguard certification (highly preferred)
- Experience with competitive swim training (preferred)
- Female instructors for female students and kids (preferred for certain batches)
- Male instructors for male students and mixed groups (preferred for certain batches)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a strong swimmer with endurance
- Comfortable demonstrating strokes in water for extended periods
- Physically fit to perform water rescues if needed
- Able to stand/walk poolside for 4-6 hours daily
